You are Not a Widow
My Precious Baby Girl,
How I adore you! My heart, Sweet Girl, is for you. I see you, I know you, and I LOVE you deeply.
I know that your heart is aching and longing for the LOVE you once held so dear. At times, the quiet moments home alone almost feel like an echo chamber. You could hear a pin drop loudly in the silence that was once so full of life and laughter.
You are not alone and never will be. On the darkest night, I will be the Light in the darkness. On the coldest night, I will be the Fire in your soul. With your permission, I am prepared and longing to fill the void in both your heart and your home. Invite Me.
In the coming days, do not let your heart be troubled and do not be afraid. I AM WITH YOU. I will go before you. I will protect you, defend you, and comfort you.
Your husband loved you to the best of his ability with all his soul; his mind, will, and emotions. As deeply and truly as he loved you, his love was but a quiet echo of the LOVE I have for you. The security you felt just knowing he was there, even when he was not physically strong enough to defend you, was a mirage. It has ALWAYS been MY HAND that has protected you and it always will be.
Do not fear those who would seek to harm you or take advantage of you in your vulnerability. They will come but their plans will not succeed. My Right Hand is always at your side. Keep the full armor I have given you firmly in place and do not lay down your Sword or Shield to carry a burden. Leave your burdens with Me and walk in Faith.
Whether your earthly parents are or are no longer with you, in My Kingdom, you are not an orphan and, although your husband has come Home to live with Me, in My Kingdom, you are not a widow. You have a beautiful family represented within the Body of Christ and they are charged BY ME to be your Father and Mother, Sister and Brother, Husband, and Friend. And for them, you are to be the same.
Keep your chin up, Little One. It’s going to be okay.
