If you use a weight loss supplement to achieve results, you will create a dependency in your body on that substance to maintain results. The only dependency you are to have is on Me.

Disobedience is your problem, not vitamin deficiency.

If you choose to do what is easy right now, like eating a pint of ice cream when you are up past your bedtime, your life will become increasingly harder.

If you choose what is hard at the moment - radical obedience - your life will become increasingly easier.

I have a preference in what you choose, but I have no power.

The power of choice is yours.

Choose well, Little One, choose well.
